The Harassment Hotline® is a 24/7 computerized subscription Q&A client service that takes employee complaints concerning issues such as unlawful and sexual harassment; discrimination; retaliation; theft; workers’ compensation and fraud, corporate financial abuse and fraud, and safety concerns.

According to the late U.S. Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall if an employer can prove that he has made every effort to identify and prevent harassment in the workplace by insisting on a written zero tolerance policy and implementing a third party complaint service then liability can be significantly reduced or eliminated.  That includes the implementation of a third-party complaint line.

            The Hotline service is provided as an annual fee for service and it is based on the number of employees working for the subscriber employer.   Use our e-commerce page to subscribe to the hotline service and save 20% over the normal annual service fee by subscribing on-line.  The annual service fee begins at $636.00 if purchased on the Internet or $795.00 annually otherwise.  Materials including forms, handouts, and a unique company identification number will be e-mail once the annual fee is received by our firm.
